Erin

Erin has been Dr. Peralta's office manager since 2008. Her goal is to make every individual's experience as stress-free as possible. She feels very lucky to be able to work with orthodontic patients because they are excited to see Dr. Peralta every four to six weeks and appreciate watching the changes to their smile. She especially loves the long-term relationships she develops with local families. In her spare time she enjoys running, walking her dogs on Alki Beach and cooking for friends.

Lucy

Lucy began working as an orthodontic assistant in 1981. She currently works in the front office for Dr. Peralta as the Financial Manager and helps ensure financial arrangements and insurance communication run smoothly. She has a son and a daughter who are both out of school and on their own. Lucy's free time is devoted to her beautiful garden and roses. When Lucy isn't out digging in the dirt or at work, she is usually cooking up some fun, delicious dish for her family and friends!

Rossana

Rossana has been an orthodontic assistant for over 25 years. She was drawn to this career because she can work with her hands and enjoys facing new challenges that help her learn and grow. She loves working with Dr. Peralta because she gets to help transform smiles. Over the years, she has helped thousands of patients take great care of their teeth by giving them the most thorough oral hygiene instructions available. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her two children and working out.

Carina

Carina has been an orthodontic assistant for over 10 years. She originally became an assistant because she wanted to combine her love for people with her passion for beautiful smiles. She enjoys getting to know patients throughout their treatment and seeing them out and about in our community. In her spare time you can find her helping run the family business, a local fitness gym, ProFitness; spending time with her family; and training her German Shepherd.

Cheri

Cheri is our exclusive lab technician. She is passionate about the research and development required to excel at her job as well as the variety in her work. She is proud to offer "cutting-edge" appliances that are customized to each individual patient's needs as no two patients are the same. She works hard to offer same-day retainers for when patients get their braces removed and in the unfortunate event that they lose or break them. While not many patients get to meet Cheri, she is a key employee of Dr. Peralta's. Without her, the office could not produce the excellent results we are so proud of. When Cheri is out of the office, she enjoys creating beautiful stained-glass artwork and baking.
