Along with his skilled team, our Seattle orthodontist Dr. Jorge Peralta offers a variety of orthodontic treatments including metal braces, ceramic clear braces and Invisalign clear aligners. We take great pride in helping our patients achieve and maintain the straight, healthy and beautiful smiles they have always wanted.

Below are some before and after images of some of Dr. Peralta’s actual patients, showing you the results of both comprehensive and interceptive treatment as well as treatment completed with the use of jaw surgery and Temporary Anchorage Devices (TADs).

She finished with a Class I dental occlusion with proper OJ and OB. Treatment was done non-extraction in order to preserve her profile.
  • Comprehensive Treatment: Saba presented with a Class II Div I dental malocclusion with moderate protrusion of her upper incisors. She also had moderate maxillary spacing as well as moderate mandibular crowding. She finished with a Class I dental occlusion with all spaces consolidated and crowding relieved.
  • Comprehensive Treatment: Newal presented with a Class II Div I dental malocclusion. Her upper teeth protruded ahead of her lower teeth significantly. She also complained of a narrow smile. She finished with a Class I dental occlusion with proper OJ and OB, a nice broad smile and her midlines now coincide.

  • Comprehensive Treatment: Solie presented with a Class I dental malocclusion with an anterior open bite. She also had blocked out upper canines. Solie's open bite was closed and the upper canines were brought into the arch without extractions. This was done in order to preserve her facial profile.

Interceptive Treatment

  • Interceptive Treatment: Gino had an open bite and insufficient space for his lateral teeth to erupt. He began Interceptive treatment and was given a palatal expander and a lower expander. This allowed both arches to develop and to allow sufficient space for the permanent teeth to erupt and to assist in closing his bite.
  • Interceptive Treatment: Gianna underwent Interceptive treatment with an upper and lower expander in order to develop both arches and to alleviate crowding as well as to allow sufficient space for the permanents to erupt. No braces were used.
  • Interceptive Treatment: Elliot presented with moderate crowding in both arches. The insufficient space resulted in preventing his permanent teeth from erupting. He underwent Interceptive treatment with a palatal expander as well as a lower expander in order to create space for the permanent teeth to erupt. Braces were not used in this case.
  • Interceptive Treatment: Declan presented with moderate crowding in both arches as well as a narrow smile. He underwent Interceptive treatment and was given a palatal expander as well as a lower expander. This allowed sufficient space for the permanents to erupt and for his arches to naturally develop into a full broad smile. Braces were not used in this case.
  • Interceptive Treatment: Camryn initially presented with moderate crowding. She underwent Interceptive treatment with an upper palatal expander as well as a lower expander to assist in accommodating the permanent teeth. Braces were not used in this case.
  • Interceptive Treatment: Aisha initially presented with protruded upper incisors. She underwent Interceptive treatment with a simple retainer and the protrusion was corrected. No braces were needed in order to correct the patient's chief complaint.
